Refund policy
ONLINE RETURNS
Footwear, accessories, handbags, jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.
All merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days, starting from the day you received the merchandise.
The merchandise must be unworn and unused, in original packaging and with tags attached. If there are any signs of use or the item is not returned within 7 days of your delivery date, we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
If you choose to return using another method/carrier, you will incur the cost of shipping.
Upon receiving the merchandise, a refund for the merchandise will be refunded to you. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend that you simply purchase the new selection immediately, since our inventory is limited and in high demand.
RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE IN-STORE
Refunds given within 7 days of purchase with receipt for unworn items. We can issue Store Credit only in person after 7 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges after 14 days of purchase. At this time we do not offer credit online.
